...OF OUR LIVES

What was I saying?

Not much has happened since I last told you guys about the show. I mean, stuff's happened, but it's only been about a week days. Marlena and John have disappeared. I've gleaned from the other characters that they've "gone away", which means the actors have gone on hiatus, which is good for them, they've been working non-stop for the past few years.

One couple that really needs to go away is Bo and Hope. Actually, scrap that. I'm really enjoying them not being together. I've always been a Bo and Billie fan and right now, I'm a Hope and Patrick fan, especially since Bo is such a bastard to him. I like Bo, I do, but we need a fresh story with them. And this whole thing with Bo hiding the fact that his daughter Chelsea killed their son Zach, is just perfect. You know what's even more perfect? Hope finding out that she's pregnant. And because this is soap opera land, she didn't know who the father was. Yes, that's right, it's a "who's the daddy" storyline. One of four baby dramas going on right now.

So after a few weeks or so of wondering who the daddy could be, Hope finally got tested and she told the guys that Patrick's the father. I feel like I'm watching Maury Povich. Of course he's happy and Bo's just beside himself not knowing what to do. He says that they can still be together, and he'll love the baby no matter what, but Hope's not interested. She and Patrick have a heart to heart about him being a good father, and how happy he is. At some point during the conversation, Hope gets an odd look on her face. Maybe it was gas. Or maybe, just maybe, she's lying about who the father is. We never heard the doctor tell her the news that led her to believe the baby's Patrick's. And she never said how she knows, she just kept saying that the baby's his. Something tells me there's more to this story. I hope not, I want Patrick to really be the daddy.

Speaking of daddies. Over with Sami/Lucas/Austin/Carrie, she's still pregnant with Lucas' baby. In fact, last week they got married. Yuck. I hate them together. What pisses me off the most about this whole thing is the only reason they're together is she picked him over Austin because of some stupid birth defect/DNA thing. Yeah, Sami made Lexie convince Carrie that if she chose Austin, and they got married and had kids, something would be wrong with the kid. There are so many things wrong with this, starting with the fact that she and Austin were ALREADY married, oh and he and Lucas are half brothers, so the same thing could happen. Regardless, although Austin tried to talk her out of it and get from her exactly why she chose Lucas, she got married. We thought maybe Lexie was gonna stop the wedding, in fact, at Kate's urging she did stop it. But not for long. And why the hell is Kate trying to stop Lucas' wedding? Doesn't she want this kid to be happy?

Yeah, because it's appropriate to whistle in God's house

See, Lexie was pissed at Sami. In fact, a few days before, Lexie and Tek were having their last hurrah before they called their affair quits, and Abe found out. Some mysterious gloved person sent Abe a note and had him meet Lexie at the hotel, only Lexie wasn't alone. Nope, she and Tek were doing it. Abe got pissed and threw Lexie out and dumped her, rightfully so. She thought Sami told him, which makes no sense at all since Sami wouldn't want the truth to come out anymore then she did. She was so pissed at Sami that she wanted to just spill the beans to everyone about what Sami's been doing. I guess she doesn't care about the medical board throwing her out when they hear what she did to Carrie. Not that the medical board means much to her, she sucks as a doctor. Before she could out Sami, she got a call from the mysterious gloved one (not Michael Jackson) and she didn't tell them what Sami had done, much to Sami's amazement.

Also at the wedding, we found out that Caroline had to take in Carrie's wedding dress. For a pregnant woman, things seem to be amiss. In fact, Carrie doesn't look pregnant at all. I thought for sure it was going to be one of those soap pregnancies where one minute they're all skinny, and the next they look pregnant. But then I felt that maybe she wasn't pregnant at all. I have no idea why this would make any difference in the story, she still won't be with Austin because she thinks they'll have some genetically messed up kids. And now that she's marrid to Lucas, they take their vows serious on soaps. Oh, except for when Carrie cheated and then left Austin for Mike. Stupid. I want Sami to be with Lucas and Austin. I don't know how it happened that I suddenly like Sami after all these years, but I do.

"Ah, what a lovely fire you have going, honey"

So the last I left these crazy kids, it was Lucas and Carrie's wedding night, and Carrie had already passed out once from being "hungry". Yeah, because I pass out all of the time when I'm hungry. I'm half passed out right now. Anyway, she and Lucas decided to sleep and they left a candle near the blinds. It caught on fire and as the fire raged, they just slept peaceful, not disturbed at all by the fire in front of their face, and the flames and smoke. Luckily for them, Austin was outside and saw what was going off and rushed in. He just saved Carrie, thanks bro! Sami was in her apartment with EJ. She got a letter from the gloved one and it must have called her out on the thing with Carrie. EJ realized she was upset about something and talked her into reading the note. He didn't judge, but burned the letter. I gleaned from yesterday's show that he doesn't know exactly what she did, just that the gloved one is going to expose her. When they smelled smoke Sami ran in and found Lucas, who EJ came and rescued. Sami started flipping her hair, oh, I mean flipping out, when she thought Lucas was hurt, to which Austin cut her a look. Boy you have no room to talk.

In his fantasies she's still married to Lucas. How messed up.

At the hospital, Carrie and the baby's alright. Interesting. Let's just hope that's not Lexie's diagnosis. While she was "asleep", Austin went into her room and admitted that he still loved her. Of course, unbeknownst to him, she was awake. When Lucas brought Carrie home, she told Austin that she heard what he said. Why is this a big revelation? She know he still loves her.

I'm so board with the whole Jack situation. Okay, so in the hospital he realized that the orderly taking care of him was his long lost brother, Steve aka "Patch". See Steve died a real long time ago, or so we thought. Steve talked Jack to go home to Jennifer, and when DNA proved he was the father, oh sorry, I had a Maury flash again. When DNA proved they were brothers, he wanted to find to exactly what happened to him that he lost his memory so many years ago. Apparently he woke up somewhere with no memory of who he was with just some cash and a wallet with an ID in it. He assumed he was that dude and started a life, eventually becoming an orderly.

In Salem, his long lost wife, Kayla returned, for Jen and Frankie's wedding. And who finally shows up, right as they're pronounced man and wife? You guessed it. Everyone was overjoyed, until they realized he was still dying. And Jack realized he walked in at the worst time possible. He wanted to leave, but Jen, Abby, and Frankie, insisted he come back to the house to live out his final days. Everyone was even more surprised to see Steve. See Jack's done this "I'm really alive" thing a few times, so seeing Steve after fifteen or so years was quite a shock. Especially to Kayla, who passed out, like a good woman. Kayla and everyone tried to catch him up on who he was, but he wasn't too excepting. It was only when his daughter with Kayla, Stephanie returned, that he was able to start wanting this past. More on that later.

Frankie, being a doctor, thinks he found Jack a cure. Oh wait, he's not a doctor, Lexie is. Although he makes a better doctor then she'll ever make. He Googled the mysterious disease Jack has and luckily a friend of his is running a trial, and agreed to let Jack in. Screw proper funding and grants and making sure the results were within parameters. Jack got in and Frankie, even though he's being a great guy, isn't sure how Jen feels about him now that Jack's there, and may live.

I know this isn't the best picture, but you get the idea

Back to Kayla and Steve's daughter, Stephanie. I don't know how I feel about her yet. One good thing is it seems she's coming between Max and Chelsea. Chelsea's a dumb tease and Max is the idiot who follows her around as she flirts and grinds against strangers at clubs, makes out with them, and then he tells her he loves her. What's wrong with him, seriously? Now that Stephanie's here though, something's finally coming between them. Stephanie's a race car driver, which he loves, and she's a little slutty too. I'm not sure yet what I think about the actress. She's not too cute, which I really like because they didn't go for the straight, gorgeous soap girl casting. Then again, she's not too cute, and Max is hot, as well as EJ who she has some sort of past with, and I just can't see them pawing all over her. But kudos to her for workin' it out.

The biggest storyline, at least the one that's holding my interest the most, is with Belle/Phillip/Shawn/Mimi. So poor Mimi can't have kids because she had an abortion years ago. And anything bad that happens to her and Shawn she blames on that. It's getting annoying. Like I said in previous posts, I used to love Shawn and Belle together and was really pulling for them. Now not so much. I've always liked Mimi, even when she hid the abortion from Rex, and now when she's hiding Claire's true paternity from Shawn. I like the girl. Awhile ago she almost broke it off with Shawn for good. She overheard him tell his father Belle was the love of his life. She locked herself in the bedroom and threw her ring at him. Not in that order. Her mother talked her into giving it another try.

She's just as confused as I am

So finally they've decided to use a surrogate. Mimi tried to get pregnant and couldn't, lost the "baby" and so they have this last hope. Also, we found out that Phillip has slow swimmers. Yes, in case you're wondering, Phillips sperm count is low. So what both couples decided to do is invitro. The girls had their eggs harvested together and in the most disturbing male bonding moment I've ever seen on a soap, the guys went to go harvest their sperm together. Now I doubt they were in the same room, at least I don't think they were, but they left together and came back together. Hmmm, interesting. More interesting is the fact that once the eggs and sperm were harvested, the doctor put both of the samples next to each other on trays. So there they were, for nearly a week, hanging out. The syringe with the sperm in it and the petrie dish with the egg. Just hung out in the room together. Let's forget for a second that having these two things next to each other is completely bogus. Let's talk about the fact that they were left out of whatever storing facility they're supposed to be in. Phillip's paying a lot of money for them to go through this procedure, and it's being done by some hack doctor who can't even keep the stuff separated.

Hey, at least he/she is wearing gloves

Now this will confuse you even more. The gloved one came in and switched the top of the petrie dishes so Belle's egg said it was Mimi's, and vice versa. After the eggs were fertilized Belle's with Shawn's, Mimi's with Phillips, it seemed to me the hand switched them again, which would mean that Belle got Phillip and Mimi's baby and the surrogate got Shawn and Belle's. Luckily, one of the nurses bumped in the trays and turned them over, after the implantation. The doctor called both couples in and said there could have been a mix up and they were doing tests. You still with me? Anyway, they did tests and it was proved that both women were implanted with the right egg, Belle has hers, the surrogates has Mimi's. But, they did some miraculous DNA testing on the syringe that was used to implant the women and found out it had the DNA markers of the opposite men. So either the editors are as confused as I am, or the gloved one actually switched it again. Who knows.

Oh look, Regis is on tonight. For two hours!

Mimi is crushed, Phillip's madder then hell, but Shawn and Belle are quite relaxed. This sends up big red flags with their spouses. Phillip's finally realizing Belle may still be in love with Shawn. It only took a few years and a few rooftop meetings for him to figure it out. And Mimi's known all along Belle's after Shawn, even though Shawn swears to her she's his future. As of now, Shawn and Mimi have decided to raise the baby that's technically hers and Phillip's. Phillip on the other hand thinks both women should have abortions. This doesn't sit well with Belle, who wants to have Shawn's baby of course. Phillip is picking up on that and finally questioning her. In fact, he got so mad when she admitted she still cared for Shawn he threw a glass across the room. He also got her to admit that if it was any other person then Shawn's baby she would have terminated it. He stormed out, telling her that it was either him and Claire, or Shawn and the baby. Damn, I'm glad to see him finally growing some balls about this. He got so mad he went to the race track and raced around in the car I guess he owns and at the end of the last show I watched, some sweat dripped into his eye and he lost control of the car.

At the hospital, Shawn talked to his mom about both their situations. He admitted he still loves Belle, that she's his first love, blah blah blah, but he loves Mimi with all of his heart and wouldn't do to her what his father is doing to Hope. And in a true case of hypocrisy, he told Hope that he's glad she's not with his dad, and that maybe she should give it try with Patrick, since she's pregnant with his child. Later at the hospital Belle caught up to Shawn, upset at her fight with Phillip, and admits that she does still care about him.

Coming up on Days...

Will Phillip survive the car accident?... Is Steve married to someone else?... Chelsea has a fight on her hands with Stephanie, for Max. Get her girl.

THESE ARE THE DAYS...

I was cruising for pictures and found this one. HAHAHAHA!!! Look at her wrinkly cleavage!

Wow, it's been a long time since I've talked about either Days or Passions (http://primetimetvblog.blogspot.com/2006/02/passions-of-my-days.html). A lot's happened, but then again, not really that much. It's been about five months since I wrote anything but only a week or so in Salem and Harmony. Of course anyone who's pregnant or married is now acting like they've been that for months or years. I love these shows.

On Days, the main thing that happened was Marlena finally got her memory back. I say finally because this story was just boring. Alex North convinced her that not only was he her husband, but that they should remarry. I wanted to punch Marlena's lights out. I know she didn't know the difference and he was drugging her, but she said so many contradictory things. Plus, every week or so she'd remember, and then quickly forget.

Hang on John!

Luckily John stuck by her, even tried to kill Alex at their wedding because he knew he was no good. They didn't work and because he's an ISA agent and friends with every cop on the Salem PD, he didn't get arrested. In fact, when Marlena and Alex went on their honeymoon to Morgan Island, he followed. He had a plan this time though, he shot her up with some drug that counteracted Alex's drug, so she remembered, sorta. When she finally remembered everything John took her away, only about fifty feet though and Alex found them. There was a short scuffle (about two weeks in real time) and Alex eventually went off the cliff. John and Marlena were reunited. Unfortunately, when they got back to Salem, Marlena started to remember what caused her amnesia in the first place. She fell down the step and lost the baby she was carrying that was Roman's. Yes, I know, she's ancient. I don't know how she's able to procreate, but I guess in soap time she's only about forty, so that's not unrealistic. Now this new memory is threatening to tear them apart again. Let's hope not.

Hook it up girlfriend!

Speaking of being torn apart and hope, poor Bo and Hope. I used to love these two together but they just bug me now. Since Bo's long lost daughter with Billie, Chelsea, ran over Bo and Hope's son Zach and killed him, things haven't been too good. Hope was so distraught she went to Morgan Island to relax and guess who's there? Hot ass Patrick. Come to find out (after months) he used to live there with his long lost love who was killed, he thought because of her involvement with bad people. Turns out she was killed because she was involved with bad people. So he lost the guilt, and the experience brought him and Hope closer together. The whole time he was telling her to go back to Bo, but of course she's still pissed that he sided with Chelsea and lied to her. She and Patrick even saw a dramatic rescue on TV of Chelsea from a sewer where she fell into and got trapped. She saw Bo still not mad at Chelsea and got all pissed again. She threw her wedding ring into the sea. I woulda hawked that shite for some money, it was huge. Because she was trying to forget about Bo she and Patrick did the nasty. Whew, I got a hot flash just thinking about it. She felt bad afterwards, but didn't regret it. She's no dummy.

Meanwhile, Bo's in Salem trying to control his whore daughter. She's ridiculous. One minute she's grinding on Max (who happens to be her adoptive uncle, ewe) and the next she's trying to dirty dance we some strangers in a bar. Anyway, she gets trapped underground and nearly dies, and decides to change her ways. She thinks it's Karma since she changed an e-mail Bo sent to Hope to make it sound like he didn't want to be with her. How this dumb girl is so computer savvy is beyond me. Bo then thinks Patrick is some guy the police are looking for to question about a murder. He finally decides to call Hope and realizes Patrick's there, and that Hope did the horizontal mambo with him. He admits that he did it with Billie too. Eventually he decides to go down there, right around the time John does.

Hope doubts Patrick's goodness when it looks like he's working for Alex when in reality the local police, who know Patrick from before, asked him to help them capture Alex. As she kisses Patrick, Bo walks in and tries to beat Patrick up, which further infuriates Hope. They all eventually get back to Salem and it looks like Bo and Hope may hook back up, but of course Chelsea has to ruin it. Bo writes Hope a sweet e-mail about how much he love her, but Chelsea gets there first and changes it. To add insult to injury, Chelsea's trial's been pushed up. Salem has some messed up rules. John can be a sniper and almost take Alex out, but Chelsea accidentally runs over her brother and they're threatening her with twenty years in prison. Not that she's all innocent or anything, but still. When the trail begins it was a shoe in that she would do jail time. Luckily, she has Grandma Kate on her side. Some greedy lady cop figured out that Kate would do anything and bribed her. Kate gave her money and in exchange the chick gave her the disk that showed Chelsea driving, on her phone, which of course is illegal and caused the accident. When the evidence turned up missing, fingers point to Bo who was the last person logged in in the evidence room. This pissed Hope off royally. Way to give him the benefit of the doubt. Because this evidence wasn't available, Frankie, Chelsea's lawyer, wanted the case dismissed. The judge wouldn't do that, but he would render a verdict without hearing from anyone except Bo and Hope. He found her guilty, but only sentenced her to community service. Hope and Shawn were outraged, especially at Bo who they thought tampered with evidence.

Speaking of Shawn. Thank the Lords of Kobol, he and Mimi got married. Almost didn't happen though because Belle became a raging BITCH. She decided that she wanted Shawn back and would do whatever she had to to break them up. Mimi was freaking out because she found out that Claire's Shawn's daughter, not Phillip's. Her mother and Kate decided to help things along and make sure Mimi and Shawn got married. They tried to lay the guilt trip on Belle, so she wouldn't want to hurt Phillip. And then Caroline found a drunk Belle at the pub and she confided in her her plans to break it up. Caroline pointed out that Shawn may not even want her anymore, and how horrible it'd be if that were the case and she not only lost Shawn, but Mimi and Phillip too. She then had a conversation with Shawn that pretty much said just that, that he wanted to be with Mimi. Mimi overheard it too. With all of these other influences, Belle didn't stop the wedding and they got married. Within a few hours they were at the Horton cabin, having married sex. Belle, knowing her dad may kill Alex at her mother's wedding, ran up to the cabin to get Shawn, walking in on them doing it. It was gross. Mimi had to tell Belle to basically butt out of their lives, because they were married now. Belle eventually realized what an ass she was being and recommitted herself to being with Phillip and all was happy. I really enjoy the old non-selfish Belle. During their honeymoon to freakin' Green Mountain Lodge, Phillip and Belle showed up and hung out with Shawn and Mimi. Romantic. Shawn met a waitress who overheard them talking about Mimi not being able to conceive. She told them that she was in the same situation and she tried invitro, which worked and she had a baby. This got them all excited and they decided to try it. They spent the last month or so being way too excited about it, painting the "baby's" room and what not. She was implanted with the embryo last week and they talked incessantly about how great it was that she was "pregnant". Unfortunately, while Shawn was at Chelsea's trial, Mimi lost the "baby". She thinks it's Karma because she's been lying about Shawn being Claire's real father. She should just tell him and say she just found out. Then she won't get in trouble for lying to him and he'll know without her being guilty and nearly spitting it out a zillion times.

I know this is crazy to say, but I'm glad Carrie and Austin aren't together, they annoy the crap out of me. I think Carrie and Lucas together is just nasty though. And we found out awhile back that not only are Carrie and Lucas engaged, but she's pregnant. Ewe. Because Carrie's no longer on the market, Austin decided to settle for Sami. Sami realized this and gave probably the best speech this actress has ever done. She was awesome and believable and basically told him that she was tired of playing this little game and that he should just move on, so she could move on. This inspired him to propose to her, so he did and she said yes, much to Kate's chagrin. I can't wait for her to get what's coming to her. Kate I mean, I'm sorta liking Sami. Everyone was pretty happy with the situation until EJ Wells showed up. EJ's some mysterious English bloke who moved in across the hall from Sami and Austin. He's hot, and Carrie and Sami have noticed. Hard not to notice he's been shirtless nearly every episode. Hey, I'm not complaining though.

Ah, yeah.

I have no idea what his deal is but he's taking a liking to Sami, which I love. She needs some good lovin'. Actually she needs to be with Lucas, but that's not going to happen, at least for awhile. EJ does have some ulterior motive, mostly I think some engine Shawn designed for Max's race car. Austin and Company, which is now just Austin and Sami since Nicole left the show, wants to market the engine. Austin even pitched the idea to Shawn, who basically already had a deal with Titan and Lucas. Shawn doesn't want anything to do with Sami though, ever since she posed as Stan. They are a bit hard on her for that, she fought to get Tony to release them all and didn't do any of the stuff that could have endangered their lives. Anyway, since Kate's figured out that Sami has a thing for EJ, she's been trying to get them together, even lending Basic Black's name to the proposal of having EJ, a famous international race car driver like Max, as the spokesman for Shawn's engine. He's apparently more famous then Max, so would be better to have. Shawn's not feeling it though, since his grandfather Victor has way more money and he's related, oh and he hates Sami. EJ is helping Sami out though. When Alex was alive he blackmailed her into keeping quiet about him switching Lexie's cancer tests. She thought Lexie had cancer and wanted her to get retested. She wouldn't of course because she hates Sami, but EJ encouraged her and she did, and was cleared of cancer.

Speaking of that slut Lexie, she's still doin' it with Tek. I don't blame her, but she is married to Abe. Unfortunately Abe's not really into having sex with his wife, so you can't really blame her because of that either. Sami knows about the affair and has been blackmailing Lexie to keep Austin and Carrie apart. She's had her convince Carrie that she shouldn't marry Austin because if they have children it'll be retarded or something. Something genetic. Hello! They were married before! Carrie's dumb enough to believe it and since she would rather have healthy children then be married to the man she loves, she chose to be with Lucas since she likes him a lot. Dumb!

The best storyline recently is with Jack. Well, not just with Jack. Jack's been presumed dead for awhile now. Long enough for Frankie to move in on Jen and for them to get engaged, which is what Jack wanted. They're happy, she's ready to move on without Jack. Little does she know Jack's alive in some hospital we have no idea how he got to. A doctor there thinks he has a cure, further solidifying what a horrible doctor Lexie is. He tried the cure but I fast forwarded it through. I don't think it worked. Anyway, while Jack was delirious, he thought he saw his brother Steve "Patch" Johnson who he believed died when Lawrence Alamain blew up a boat he was on. As the audience we thought he may be alive because the casket he was in was switched with an empty one at his funeral. This was in the early 90's. Anyway, this guy who looks just like Steve is an orderly at the hospital Jack's in. Unfortunately, he doesn't think he's Steve. Most likely he was brainwashed into thinking he's someone else. Jack wants to prove he's his brother and wants him to call his wife, Kayla. Jack, aka "Nick", isn't running from the room, but he's not believing Jack's story either. I don't know why Jack doesn't just tell him that he has a tattoo on his back of a dagger, just like the one Bo has. Damn, this takes me back. I first started watching Days a long long time ago and the first thing I can remember is when Bo and Steve got into a fight and Bo poked Steve's eye out. Ah, those were the days of feathered hair and mullets.

Meanwhile, as Jen and Frankie prepare of their wedding, Caroline calls Kayla to ask her to come home for the wedding and to help Bo. Kayla doesn't want to come back because everything reminds her of Steve. Jen talks her into coming and she's making her way there.

Coming up, Abe discovers Lexie and Tek doing the deed...Jack and Steve go back to Salem... and Mimi and Shawn decide to look into surrogacy. (I wonder who's going to be the surrogate?)

THE PASSIONS OF MY DAYS

So I've been a little lax when it comes to doing my Days of Our Lives and Passions report because it's just been boring lately. Don't get me wrong, I still love both shows, but some sh** needs to go down soon for me to get back in the swing of things. It's February so I'm confident some real good stuff is going to be happening soon. Oh, and don't forget the re-broadcast of Passions on The Sci Fi Channel. It starts on Monday, February 13th, from day one!!! See how young everyone is and the first Ethan who is just so dreamy.

Days of Our Lives....

See, he's a cutie, right?

Nothing much has really happened with Jen and Frankie. I mean, maybe some stuff has but I just fast forward through them because they bore me. Until Jack starts coming back around, which he hasn't in awhile, I won't like this story. How many times can Jack die? This is the third time in as many years. If I were Jennifer I'd divorce him and move on when he comes back anyway. First she had hunky Patrick to take care of her, now she has Frankie. He's about a foot shorter than Patrick, but no slouch in the looks department.

This is what I call an ugly cry

Speaking of Patrick, in true Lockhart style, he's sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Billie has confessed and is going to jail for running over little Zack. Of course we, and just about all of Salem, know the truth, that it was Chelsea who did it. The only person who didn't know it was Hope. Frankie put two and two together, as Billie's lawyer, and found the plane manifest Billie was on to prove she wasn't even in Salem. You'd think the cops would have found that out. Billie begs him not to tell anyone and he doesn't. Patrick on the other hand is hunting down the real "killer". He finds a surveillance tape of Chelsea in Bo's car and figures it out. He goes to the court where Billie is being arraigned and Billie and Bo beg him not to say anything. He can't keep his mouth shut and tells Hope that Chelsea was driving the car. Hope freaks out and calls her a murderer. Technically she's not, but I'm sure as a grieving mother Hope doesn't feel that way. She is furious at her and can't believe she'd lie to Bo and steal his car. Not so fast Hope. Bo lets her rant and cry and scream before he confesses to her that he gave Chelsea the car that night, and signed for her temporary license. Hope does a little more crying and I'm wondering if her face is gonna fall off. Whoever did her lip injections needs to be shot. She finally gets pissed enough at Bo that she runs out of the courthouse.

I have no idea what they're saying here, I'm a bit distracted

It's boringsville over with Carrie, Austin, Lucas and Sami. Carrie's still being a self righteous bitch about the whole, Austin stealing her company thing and is furious at him. Lucas and Sami of course are trying to be "supportive" which in their speak means lying and manipulative to get what they want. Austin offers Carrie a job at his company, creatively named Austin Reed and Company or something stupid like that. She refuses of course. None of the couples in Salem who are meant to be are actually together. I guess it wouldn't be a soap if they were.

Bonnie fakin' it. I'm positive this isn't the only time. Ewe

One couple who I think are fine the way they are is Belle and Shawn. I was a Belle and Shawn fan for years. I was pissed when he went off and got kidnapped by Jan. I hated it when Belle decided to be with Phillip and marry him, but I'll be damned if I want them together anymore. Belle annoys the living crap out of me. She had a gazillion times to tell Phillip she was still in love with Shawn and she never did. Now that Shawn is finally happy with her best friend Mimi, she wants to blow it. Look girl, you had your chance to be with him and you didn't do it. Go cry about it. Just leave him alone. Now that Mimi knows that Claire is Shawn's daughter, she wants to tell him the truth, which we of course all know is the best thing. But Mimi's bitch, I mean mother, doesn't want Shawn to know, in fear that he'll leave Mimi and be with Belle. Man, people on soaps are clueless as to how people will react to certain news. Let's see, what's better, telling them the truth and dealing with it or lying and making it worse? They always choose lying. In fact, Bonnie goes to the extent of faking a heart attack to keep Mimi from telling Shawn. Anyway, just about this time Belle's starting to realize that she belongs with Shawn. Here's hoping she keeps her yap shut, at least until Shawn and Mimi get married which I hope is soon because I love them together. Poor Phillip though, he's just SOL. Won't have a wife or a daughter (or a leg). At least now Claire's better and we don't have to deal with Belle crying every frakin' second.

Marlena being a biatch to John

I've just been fast forwarding through the whole Marlena storyline as well. Okay, we know that Alex has something up his sleeve, we just don't know what. And Marlena, I want to slap this bitch into next Tuesday. I mean I know she has amnesia but she's just going with the whole, "I'm married to Alex" thing, even though her whole family is against it. I'm actually going to be happy when he finally plays her. And I hope John doesn't take her back.

Enough of that, let's move on to Passions where there's a little more excitement...

I'm not talking about the boringness that is Sheridan and Chris. As you know they're in Hawaii looking for Marty. Unfortunately the elusive Otto has been tailing them and hindering their little search. Chris wants to contact the Mob for help. This is the same Mob that was trying to kill him a few months ago, and nearly did. Can they just find Luis already? Geez.

The luckiest woman in the world

I'm also not talking about the drama that is Kay and Fox. Fox is trying to propose to Kay who is trying to avoid it at all costs. In the bowl of sight or whatever they call it she saw that something bad would happen at their wedding. He finally got around to asking her and she said no. Poor Fox, second woman he loved who said no to his proposal. Maybe I won't fast forward the next few days of these two and see what's going on.

Fancy is like most girls, she eats Pitters when she's depressed

In slightly more interesting news, Noah's ex-girlfriend Maya was attacked on the pier. I wish it was me, I don't like this ho. Noah was about to tell Fancy who exactly Maya is and what exactly happened, when they found her. They take her to Noah's house and Eve comes and treats her. Of course Noah gets interrupt about two hundred and fifty times when he's trying to tell Fancy about what happened up in the attic when they saw someone get shot. Maya begs Noah not to tell anyone because she fears they'll kill Fancy if she knows. Why wouldn't they assume she already knows? Fancy is at the mansion stuffing her face with ice cream because she's so heartbroken about Noah's ex-girlfriend staying in his room, even though she's hurt. He really needs to tell this woman the truth. He doesn't have a chance to tell her or not tell her since he goes to help Maya in the shower and Fancy walks in on them. She does what she does best, jump to conclusions. She assumes Noah and Maya are getting it on, even though Noah probably has his pants on and Maya looks half conscious. Of course Fancy runs out and Noah follows her, swearing nothing happened. After some tears and a good slap across the face she forgives him.

Martin and Pilar are still planning on renewing their vows, even though Martin is still in love with Katherine. Okay, so think of the Gwen/Ethan/Theresa storyline and add about twenty years to them, and you have this story. The only difference is everyone likes Katherine, so they're not telling her how wrong this is. In fact, they're basically telling her to fight for him, even though he's still married to Pilar. This really irritates me. Granted, Katherine hasn't stolen embryos or manipulated Martin, but the same reason everyone's giving Theresa for not going after Ethan, because he's married, should really also apply to Katherine. I do kinda want Katherine and Martin together, just like I want Theresa and Ethan together, but Katherine is getting on my last nerve.

At the Book Cafe Simone and Paloma have stumbled on Alistair's files. They were hidden underground in a storage room. Instead of going to the police, they decide to rifle through it themselves. I mean, in theory this is a good idea since the police are most likely on Alistair's payroll, but seriously, what could these two actually find out. I'm sure they've discovered something already but don't know what they have. In fact, I'm thinking they've discovered proof that Rebecca and Gwen sent the information about Ethan's paternity to the tabloid...

As you know, this is a very sore subject with Ethan and his mother, Ivy. They blame Theresa for sending the tabloids the information when it was actually Ethan's current wife Gwen and her slutty mother, Rebecca. I've been waiting YEARS for this damn story to come to a conclusion, and I think it's just about to. Theresa only married Alistair to get him to expose Gwen and Rebecca and they've been feeling the heat. Ethan was going to be transferred to Crane Industries' India office, per Julian, at Ethan's request, but of course Theresa's pulled out all of the stops to stop them. Julian wasn't having it though since he's the head of Crane Industries. Alistair is still in a coma so he had no say. Theresa was able to stop the Crane jet from taking off, but they were just going to fly commercial, and besides, Julian told them that Theresa had no real power as Mrs. Alistair Crane. Boy was he wrong. Theresa tracked down one of Alistair's lawyers and they discovered a DVD Alistair made the night of the New Years Eve party. He said that in case of his death or incapacitation, he wanted THERESA to be in charge of everything. She flips out and is extremely happy. Gwen and Ethan aren't as thrilled. Not only does Theresa stop the plane from taking off, but she cuts up Ethan's credit card so he has no way of renting a room for the night, forcing him to come back to the mansion. She also informs them that any other bank they have a credit card with she probably controls as well. Gwen won't have it and suggests they stay at the Bed and Breakfast in Sheridan's room. I forgot Sheridan's supposed to be running the B&B. Theresa may have lost this battle, but she hasn't lost the war.

I can't figure out what she was going for with this hairstyle

Later Theresa's in the kitchen sporting a weird ass hairdo. I guess it's her "power" hairdo. She has a weird outfit on too, but I guess that too is her "power" outfit. Not very attractive. Theresa meets up with Rebecca in the Crane kitchen and basically kicks her to the curb. Thank goodness. Next she runs into Ivy who slams her for chasing after Ethan, a married man. This from the woman who hired David Hastings to pretend to be Grace's husband so he could steal Grace away from Sam, her husband, so that Ivy could have him. Theresa says again how she wasn't the one who sent the information to the tabloids. Ivy's just pissed because Ethan lost his birth right and won't be the head of Crane Industries. Theresa informs her that that's her whole plan, to make Ethan the most powerful man in the world and give him Crane Industries. The wheels in Ivy's brain start churning and it seems she actually might believe Theresa about not sending the information to the tabloids. In fact, she kinda likes the idea of Ethan running everything, that was her whole point of staying married to Julian when she got pregnant with Sam's baby in the first place. And if you remember, Ivy was there when Gwen threw the disc with the tabloid information into the fire and lied about it to Ethan, saying that Theresa was crazy. Of course she didn't know what was on it, but still. Ivy goes to Gwen and Rebecca and question them about their part in sending the info to the tabloids. Of course, they lie, but something tells me Ivy isn't through with them yet.

Since Theresa is the head of Crane Industries she receives all of the intelligence Alistair's goons have gathered. You'd think she'd just get one of these guys to find out what she needs about Gwen and Rebecca. Anyway, she tells the goon to stop eavesdropping on everyone, and that now that she's in charge she doesn't want anymore spying. He tells her the information is about Ethan and she insists he tell her. He tells her that Ethan's gotten another job, and is planning to leave Crane Industries. Theresa freaks and tries to figure out how she can get him to stay in Harmony.

LIKE THE SANDS THROUGH THE HOURGLASS...

So I know I promised a long time ago to recap the Days of Our Lives and Passions, so I'm gonna do it now, and then hopefully do it every Monday, after a week's worth of shows. This one might be a bit longer since I will give a quick background as well for those of you who haven't seen it in longer than the rest of us. I am writing this for the people who watch the shows, so if you don't, and you have any questions about characters, plots, back story, whateva, let me know, I've been watching these things forever. Please be aware that I'm the queen of fast forwarding. I've been watching this crap for long enough to know when the meaty part is coming. I may miss a sentence or two that's important, but if it's important, the writers will have the person, or someone who overheard it, either say it over again or play it in a flashback. So don't worry, I'll catch the main idea.

First, Days of Our Lives...

Frankie comforting Jen

As you may or may not know, a few weeks ago, a seemingly dying Jack, drove his care off of the bridge and was presumed dead. If you remember he has some incurable disease. You know the one on soaps where they never say what it is, they just call it a "disease" and all we know is there is no cure for it. But, Jack isn't dead. In fact, he's watching over his family, looking much better than he did before the crash. Anyway, before he did a Thelma and Louise off the only bridge in Salem, he told Frankie to look after Jen when he's gone. Frankie and Jen used to be an item back in the day, before she fell in love with Jack, got married and had a kid. So since Jack is now supposedly gone, Frankie is trying to hook it up with Jen, but not in a bastard sort of way. Jen's feeling guilty. Some other stuff has happened recently with these two, but like I said, I like to fast forward. I think they're both just getting to know each other again and falling in love. I'm sure Jack will show up, cured, right about the time Jen and Frankie finally commit to each other.

Austin and Carrie

I am so bored with the whole, Lucas/Sami/Austin/Carrie/Nicole trapezoid, it's really pissing me off. I fast forward through most of it. Basically Lucas and Sami want Carrie and Austin respectively. Why does this sound familiar, oh yeah, because they did it in the mid 90s. It's really a stupid story line. The latest is Carrie and Austin were really getting along great there for awhile. Until Austin's company took over Carrie's. Of course, Austin didn't know it was Carries, mostly because Sami found out and didn't tell him, just to cause a wedge between the rediscovered love of her sister and the man she wants, Austin. Carrie's not being it and is pissed. She says that he's lied to her, and how can she be with someone that would take over a company and fire all of its employees. Um, funny how she could be with him earlier in the week when he was telling her about taking over a company. Anyway, Austin tried to reverse it but it's no use, her company, her little baby, is dead. Lucas lets everyone know about Zack and Claire and Carrie and Sami have a little bonding moment, but I'm sure that won't last.

Ewe

Another storyline I'm not really watching is the Marlena/Alex/John/Kate drama. Long story short, Marlena fell down the steps awhile back, feels like forever, and got amnesia. Alex North shows up, claming that he and Marlena were married back in the day. He says that they had a baby but she lost it. Because of this she doesn't have any memory of their entire life together, and that's why she never told her family about it. Um, ok. John and Roman think something's up with him. Originally there was, he was brainwashing her into forgetting about her love for John. This wasn't working until Marlena thought she saw John and Kate hooking it up. Around that time is when Alex decided to tell everyone that he's her husband. They called the illusive ISA and Shane (old time character from the 80s who they only bring up now when they put a call into the ISA) and had him check out the story. It checked out and since Marlena is so concerned with her vows (you remember Belle being a product of her affair with John while she was married to Roman) she decided to stay with Alex. Some crazy lady, Lois, showed up awhile ago claiming to not only be a fellow psychologist of Alex and Marlena's, but said she knows that Alex was violent towards Marlena. This is all John needs. He doesn't want Doc anywhere near Alex, but Alex knows the truth, that Lois is a crazy biatch, trying to kill Marlena. John shoots Alex, who wakes up from a coma just in time to save Marlena from Lois before she's killed. Marlena is so touched she wants to renew their vows and basically gives it to John. I mean, no "it", but "it". Next thing we know Alex is visiting Lois in the looney bin and it seems like there's something more going on with these two when they share a passionate kiss.

Meanwhile, Bo and Billie's bastard child Chelsea is a bitch. She's like 19 years old and a wild child. She just found out in the last few months that Bo and Billie are her parents. Bo and Billie thought she was dead until recently when after her adoptive parents were killed, they realized she was theirs. She's been a bit of a problem lately. She was in an accident that was her fault and her license got taken away. Of course he plays the little "poor me" face with Bo and he gives her his car to take out. She's playing music, trying to make a call, putting on lipstick and eating a Big Mac (something of which she needs desperately) and she runs over something in the road. She flips out because she doesn't know what it was and calls Bo. He rushes to her and tells her it'll be okay. Chelsea's boyfriend, and Bo's adoptive brother, Max (I know, sorta ewe right) comes along and tows the SUV to his shop. He starts to fix it up and Chelsea talks Bo into not reporting her so she can keep her license. The only problem with this is...

The thing she ran over in the road was Bo and Hope's youngest, 2 or 3 year old Zack. Hope left him at a friends house for the night and after the friend tucked him in, he was able to pick a few locks and chase the cat out of the house. He ran into the street and his big sister thought he was a speed bump. Hope has a funny feeling. I'm thinking it's just gas, but she goes back to her friends house to check on Zack. She finds him in the middle of the road in bad condition. Unfortunately Zack dies. Bo realizes that it was Chelsea who did it, and tries to cover it up, feeling horrible for lying to his wife about who really killed their child. Billie comes back and realizes what's going on so she confesses to killing Zack. Any detective worth is sod would figure out that she wasn't even in town when this happened. I'm sure they'll figure it out eventually and Hope will be pissed at Bo. Everyone is trying to talk Chelsea into giving herself up, that it's not fair for Billie to take the blame. Bo of course is torn because, it's wrong for Billie to be in prison, but he doesn't want Chelsea to be there either. Plus, he certainly doesn't want to tell Hope the truth, and the fact that he kept it.

In another baby dying story, Belle and Phillip's baby, Claire, was in desperate need of a liver. Although I shouldn't say Belle and Phillip's baby, Claire is really Belle and Shawn's baby. See, awhile back Belle and Shawn hooked up in a barn, both claiming they don't remember what happened. Another soap opera trick, if I fall asleep I can wake up and not remember anything, even if it was as good as hooking up with Shawn Brady. The only people who know that Claire isn't Phillip's is his bitch mother Kate, and his father Victor. Victor's been trying to tell Shawn (his grandson) the truth, but Kate keeps sticking her nose into it. She doesn't want Belle and Phillip to know the truth because she thinks Belle will leave him for Shawn. She doesn't care that her actions might cause Claire her life, seeing that she needs blood transfusions and what not. Mimi also starts to suspect that Shawn may be the daddy. He ends up proposing to her in the hospital which is a bit odd. Luckily, but very unluckily, because of Zack's death, Claire gets his liver and is about to live. It's nice he can help his niece, step- cousin, second cousin, step cousin twice removed. I love soaps.

And on Passions...

Alistair with a knife in his back

Alistar, the patriarch of Harmony, is still in a coma. At the New Years Eve party someone stabbed him. We're not sure who, but he totally deserved it. He was going to reveal all of Harmony's secrets. Just about every person had a secret, so a reason to kill him.

Gwen, Ethan and Theresa in Bollywood

Theresa loves Ethan eternally. She's just lied and schemed to get him away from his wife, Gwen. Although most of her lies have been to benefit Ethan, and get him away from that bitch wife, she isn't lying about one important thing. Ethan, for most of his life, thought he was a Crane. Turns out, he's not, he's Sam Bennett's son. His mother, Ivy, was with Sam before he was torn away from her by Alistair and her own father. She had Ethan and passed him off as Julian Crane's. Theresa found out about this, while she was engaged to Ethan, but didn't tell him. Instead, she scanned the information into her computer. She didn't want him to find out and be hurt. Unfortunately, Gwen and her horrible mother Rebecca, found the information and emailed it to the tabloids. Because this came from Theresa's computer, Ethan thought she did it, and left her. He was actually going to go back to her at some point, but Gwen got pregnant and he felt he had to stay. Theresa eventually schemed her way into getting implanted with Gwen and Theresa's embryo. Unfortunately, she lost the baby and seduced Ethan into making love to her. He thought it was Gwen who was there. I actually think he knew it was Theresa. Theresa had his daughter, who now Ethan and Gwen have custody us because they accused her of being an unfit mother. So Theresa has custody of her son with Julian, yes Julian, his name is Ethan, but they call him Little Ethan. Very cute. Because Theresa so no other way to get Ethan, and her daughter, back, she married Alistair. Alistair, in turn, holds her captive basically, making her his becon call to all of his needs. Yeah, all of his needs. He also adopts Little Ethan, basically keeping Theresa his slave forever. Everyone was up in arms, but she's been trying to kill him ever since she married him. Unfortunately, one of those times she tried to kill him with poison guacamole and Ethan ate it, sending him into a seemingly irreversible coma. Gwen was going to pull the plug but Ethan, with the help of Noah Bennett, kidnapped Ethan. It was only about a day she had him, but it was enough, once they finally found him and got him back to the hospital, for him to recover. Now, Gwen and Ethan seem to be moving to India with Jane, Theresa's daughter. She keeps trying to get them to stay, but can't think of what to do. Ethan truly loves Theresa, and is really only with Gwen because they've been together so long and he's already committed to her. I really hope Ethan and Theresa end up together, no matter how many people disagree. Theresa will soon discover the evidence she needs that Gwen and Rebecca sent the information to the tabloid and I'm sure Ethan will be shocked. Unfortunately she doesn't have that much time because Ethan is being transfered to India, hence the Bollywood number they had on Friday which was extremely entertaining. Oh, and one more thing about this storyline. If I hear one more person yell at Theresa I'm gonna throw up. I mean yeah, she's scheming, but she really loved Ethan and wants him back. Is what she did right? Not really, but Gwen has done horrible things too and is so self righteous. I'd say Theresa needs to kick her ass, but she's already done that.

Chris and Sheridan

Meanwhile, poor Sheridan is still looking for her missing son. Her half sister, Beth, stole him and with the help of Alistair, has been going around the world, alluding the police. Also on their tail for awhile was Luis, Sheridan's one true love, Theresa's brother and Pilar's son. Unfortunately, the news came that Luis was killed. Sheridan was heartbroken and felt horrible because she had sent him away. Luckily, or unluckily, we don't know yet, she met Chris and his son James. Sheridan is missing Luis and her son, Marty, so much that she's let Chris get close to her. Together they've found out that Marty may be being held in Hawaii. Something's up with this guy and Alistair has something on him as well, we don't know what it is. What we do know is that it seems that Luis is alive! Passions was doing webisodes on their site and Alistair talks to the mystery man, Otto, and talks about the person who Sheridan "aches" for. I'm just assuming it's Luis, could be Marty. Check it out here...

Another person that Otto was involved with is Rachel. Rachel is Katherine, Sheridan and Julian's mother's sister. Rachel was presumed dead and for the longest time Sheridan thought she killed her. During the New Years Eve party Rachel finally revealed herself. She had been in the mansion and all around Harmony for some time, dolling out advice and tormenting Alistair. At first Sam thinks that maybe it was her who attempted to kill Alistair.

While at the mansion for the New Years Eve party Eve sees a mystery person, not Rachel, trying to kill Alistair. It's not yet revealed who this person is, in fact, maybe I'm wrong, but it kinda looked like there were two mystery people.

Fancy and Noah gettin' it on

The only person who actually cares for Alistair is his granddaughter, Fancy. Fancy is in love with Noah Bennett, and Alistair's not too happy about that. During the New Years Eve party he had a little talk with Noah as well. He knows about his past and will reveal it to Fancy. While Fancy and Noah are out, an old girlfriend of his, Maya, shows up. She follows them around in true soap opera mystery for awhile until she finally reveals herself to Noah. Yeah, I am not a fan of hers. She looks like a bitch. Apparently, before Noah came back, he and Maya had an intense relationship, one that he wrote a letter about and Fancy found a while back during the Tsunami. Yes, I said Tsunami. Anyway, she's tracked Noah down and together they share a secret. The flashback is a bit confusing but it looks like they witnessed some dude getting shot in a an attic and ran. Noah wanted to go to the police, but Maya didn't. Sounds fishy to me. Noah doesn't want Fancy to find out that Maya's in town. While he and Fancy are making love, he accidently says Maya's name. Fancy is pissed and threatens breaking up with him.

Fancy has been busy helping Fox propose to Kay. Fox is her brother, another Crane, and is in love with Kay Bennett. Kay was a crazy bitch for a long time, going after Miguel and hating Charity for a long time. In fact, Kay discovered that Ivy, Fox's mother, hired a man to come into town, David Hastings, and pose as her amnesiac mother, Grace's, first husband. Once Grace decided to stay married to David and leave with him and her supposed son, John, Kay's father Sam, went back to Ivy and they've been together. Kay feels guilty about not telling her mother or father the truth, and both she and Ivy are holding that over each other's head. Ivy certainly doesn't want to lose Sam because of this. Unfortunately, Tabitha the witch warns Kay not to get engaged to Fox. They both see in the magic bowl (har har) that something horrible will happen at their wedding. The last few days have been Kay avoiding Fox's proposal at all costs. Tabitha and her cute daughter (with Julian) Endora always steal the show, and although Tabitha is a bad witch, always trying to break people up, Endora is turning out to be a good witch, helping Kay and Fox out when she can. Last we saw, Kay has figured out that Ivy and Valerie are in cohoots and out to get her.

Pilar and Martin were married years ago and produced Theresa, Luis, Miguel, Paloma and Antonio. Martin, unfortunately, left years ago with Katherine Crane, thinking if he stayed his family would be in trouble. He fell in love with Katherine and they've been living in sin ever since. They came back a little while ago, revealing that they were both alive. Pilar was pissed, but eventually took Martin back. The only problem, like Ethan, he's not married to the woman he truly loves. Pilar wants him to commit to her and Katherine just got up enough balls to start and fight for her man.

Simone's a lesbo.

On the younger front, Eve and T.C.'s daughter Whitney, is becoming a nun because she found out that she had a baby with her half brother, Chad. I'm holding out hope that they aren't really related, but right now we finally know that Chad is Eve and Julian's child. Julian is one fertile dude, right? Eve and T.C.'s other daughter, Simone, just came out as a lesbian. T.C. is not happy about it and rips her a part all of the time. Hey, at least she's not a hooker like his best friend Sam's daughter. And yes, I did say hooker, full fledged. Jessica is a drug addict hooker who's been conned into this life by someone she thinks she loves, drug dealer pimp Spike. Girl, never fall in love with your drug dealer/pimp. Trust me, it never works out. Come to find out Alistair hired Spike to seduce Jessica to the dark side because of his hatred of the Bennetts. Not sure yet what that's all about.

I have this same outfit in my closet

As I do more of these weekly blogs I'll get more specific, and hopefully funnier. It's a lot easier to free style when I'm not worried about years of story to get out in such a short space. There's also other characters I could talk about, but won't at this time. More on them later.

AND THESE ARE THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES

So, I know this blog is called "primetimetvblog", but I've already diverted from my original idea anyway, by putting up trailers and what not. I, personally, watch every type of television show there is. I watch dramas, comedies, reality shows, documentaries, talk shows, game shows, news magazines, made for TV movies, and of course, soap operas. I'm sure I missed something in there. My secret addiction, which not that many people accept my closest friends know, soap operas. I've been watching Days Of Our Lives since I was a baby. And a few years ago, a new soap premiered on NBC called Passions. Now I know what you're thinking, soap operas are dumb. Well they are, but so is most primetime TV (with the exception of maybe LOST since it takes itself serious enough to not only avoid any dumbness, but be probably the smartest show on TV).

I'm a working woman, I work a lot, about ten or so hours a day, maybe more, and one thing I don't want to do when I come home, is think. That's where my soaps come in. "Oh it's a waste of time" I hear. Not if you Tivo it and fast forward through most of the bullsh**. My dear aunt CP taught me that. She had two small kids and a VCR (just a bit before Tivos) and at night when the kids went down she could breeze through two soaps, Oprah, The Rosie O'Donnel Show, The View and any other show she happened to tape during the day within an hour or so. She would even watch movies on fast forward. You don't really need to see the maintitle at the beginning, unless there's a voice over of course.

But I understand that some of you can't watch TV every night, that's why you come here. And I know some of you, whether you admit it or not, watch or want to watch soaps. It's frakin' good TV. Stupid, yes, but definitely entertaining.

The point of all of this rambling, besides having nothing to do here at work. I mean I have stuff to do, but I'm what they like to call a procrastinator. Anyway, for those of you who don't want to waste time procrastinating, I will be doing a weekly (probably Fridays or Saturdays) recap of both Days of Our Lives and Passions. Passions is gonna be fun to recap because it's ssssooo cheesy. Witches, magic spells, and back in the day, a talking doll (RIP Timmy). For those of you who decide that you want to check this show out, starting in February, The Sci Fi Channel will be airing the show from the beginning.

Definitely let me know if you have any questions because I've been watching both of these shows for a long damn time and love to talk about them.
